RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we are here to help.
You have 10 calendar days to return the item from the date you received the item.
Your item must be unused and the conditions must be the same as how you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging and your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you of the status of the refund immediately after checking the item once it has arrived to us.
If your return is approved, we will refund your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive a credit line within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policy, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned item.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
